We are presently looking to hire an Experienced Leasing and Property Management Coordinator specializes in Residential leasing for investors units.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Serve as primary point of contact addressing all client issues, inquiries and resolve concerns
- Developing and maintain relationships with tenants, landlords, assignees, assignors, realtors, trades/contractors, building personnel and builder clients
- Enforce condominium corporation declaration, by-laws and rules
- File any required forms as per the Landlord Tenant Board
- Property visits for listing purposes ex: lockbox placement, pictures for listings, etc.
- Oversee online advertising for listings, follow-up with leads and conduct showings
- Coordinating tenant move-in and move-out transitions
- Handle the daily affairs of the tenants & landlords and coordinate repairs/ maintenance as needed
- Prepare all paperwork and contracts for leasing, property management and assignment sales
- Monitoring leasing agreement expiries and renewals
- Oversee collection of monthly rental fees and key deposits
- Assisting in collections of tenant arrears and maintaining mínimal accounts receivables
- Arranging key exchange with tenants and obtaining various records including Insurance Certificates, utilities set-up & contact information
- Compile and send periodic reports to the landlords in conjunction with the accounting dept
- Oversee and work with the building/development property manager, security and third-party companies and other trades/suppliers
- Prepare all outgoing mail for distribution and ensure timely distribution
- Providing administrative and accounting support when required and resolve problems
- Perform property site inspections and complete inspection reports, for ex: overall appearance, deficiencies, landscaping, etc.
- Maintain and update all internal reports accordingly
- Any other job-related duties and/or projects that may be assigned

Although you will be provided with the required training, to fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- MUST BE a Registered Ontario Realtor with an Active License
- Two (2) years of experience in property management
- Experience with assignment sales (preferred)
- Experience with residential leasing
- A working knowledge of Toronto MLS and real estate forms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid Driver’s license
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Work Location: One location
