**Job description**

**We are seeking a Supervisor/Budtender**:
**Duties/responsibilities**

responsibilities include but not limited to...
- represent the manager and the company's interests when the store manager is not present
- support the manager with all operational procedures
- keyholder experience a must
- adhere to all company training, operational standards and procedures, education, merchandising, cleanliness, security etc..
- **provide excellent customer service at all times** asking right questions and providing solutions with a friendly demeanor.
- answering phones
- all procedures that are required for opening and closing of the store

**Requirements/Qualifications**
- retail experience a MUST
- supervisory role experience a must
- passion and knowledge about cannabis and excited to bring it to the market for recreational purposes
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- must be flexible with hours of work and be comfortable with ever changing duties
- able to pass criminal record check
- complete Cannsell certificate before first day of work
- 19+ years of age or older
