**Title: Manager, Acquisition**
**Why This Role Is Important**
**What You’ll Do**
- Develop the acquisition strategy for PC Money account including customer targeting strategies that incorporate relevant channel and offer elements
- Work in lock step with the digital, marketing and pricing leads to plan, forecast, report and budget all PC Money Account campaigns and activity to optimize for growth and cost to acquire, and proactively take advantage of market opportunities and new segments
- Identify new segments for growth, spearheading research and analytics requited to bring these opportunities to life
- Own entire portfolio Welcome Offer program for credit and deposit products, including offer creation, set up, process optimization, and execution - working across different stakeholders
- Be the product acquisition lead for all Go To Market product launches within the deposit portfolio, working with data, risk, product, digital and marketing teams to bring the product to market
**What You Bring**
- Operate with a high sense of urgency fueled by a strong curiosity and drive to win
- Experience with digital sales analytics, and understanding of digital owned and paid media channels and opportunities to optimize across all
- Results oriented Demonstrated ability to be part of multiple projects/initiatives of varying size and complexity, while prioritizing and balancing multiple tasks within a fast-paced work environment.
- Fantastic storytelling skills with ability to combine research, trends, quantitative data and market trends into opportunities
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability work cross functionally within the organization and to build relationships internally and externally.
- Experience in development, implementation, and performance attribution of customer centric strategy & tactics.
