The Department of Medical Imaging, McMaster University and the Department of Diagnostic Imaging, Hamilton Health Sciences are seeking a full-time academic musculoskeletal imaging radiologist for the Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Centre site.

The Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Centre (JHCC) is a large tertiary referral hospital and provincial cancer centre. The musculoskeletal work encompasses the spectrum of orthopedic work, with all aspects of MSK, including sports injury and a focus on oncology. The diagnostic imaging team works alongside clinical colleagues to provide optimal, evidence-based care to patients with soft tissue, bone, and joint pathologies. The JHCC is one of only three designated sarcoma centres in the province. The position involves scheduling in tertiary hospital and community practice settings. Clinical assignments include some general radiology, as well as participation in the department general radiologist on-call schedule. Community practice setting assignments are inclusive of musculoskeletal ultrasound. Fellowship training in musculoskeletal imaging is expected.
