Telecon is currently seeking a Locates Administrator to oversee locate data for construction activities. This role oversees and collects locate data start construction in a timely, efficient manner and provides data for management to start construction activities. In addition, the Locates Administrator is responsible for daily audits of completed locate requests and documentation in accordance with company standards. This is a hybrid position which will require most days of onsite work at our office in Cambridge, ON.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepare locates submission for Ontario One Call and handle all issues that arise with locates and permits submissions.
- Conduct audits to verify the accuracy of completed locates.
- Ensure appropriate follow up on audit issues including the communication of necessary corrective measures.
- Maintain effective communication with our partners, including customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Manage customer concerns for the Toronto, Hamilton and Guelph regions.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple priorities and initiatives.
- Strong data analysis and the ability to translate data into conclusions.
- Excellent capacity to resolve operational issues.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**:
Must be able to perform the physical demands of the position’s work tasks. This includes but not limited to, movement of equipment and/or materials; ability to carry equipment (transmitter and receiver) up to 8 lbs. each and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
**ABOUT TELECON GROUP**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
