**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting diagnostic assessments to evaluate students' English proficiency levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Developing customized lesson plans and study schedules tailored to each student's learning objectives and timeline.
- Providing engaging and interactive instruction in all four language skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Offering constructive feedback and guidance on students' performance through practice tests, assignments, and mock exams.
- Monitoring students' progress and adjusting teaching methods as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- Keeping abreast of the latest IELTS exam updates, resources, and teaching methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching IELTS preparation courses to diverse groups of students.
- In-depth knowledge of the IELTS exam structure, content, and scoring system.
- Proven track record of helping students achieve their target scores on the IELTS exam.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate students' schedules.
- Certification in teaching English as a second language (e.g., CELTA, TESL, TESOL) is required

**Salary**: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
