Overview:
The Lot Attendant / Driver ensures that vehicles are organized and easily accessible to show prospective customers. In this position you will be moving vehicles on the dealership site, from dealership to dealership, as well as picking up and delivery RVs to and from customers.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:
- Maintain lot security and reporting any problems or crimes on the lot.
- Take a lead role in snow removal and assisting in take recreational vehicles for external service.
- Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
- Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
- Responsible moving recreational vehicles around the yard and into the shop for service.
- Maintain the lot and keep the building clean.
- Clean the interior and exterior of the units.
- Ensure units are organized in a presentable manner.
- Perform unit inventory and update the lot map each week.
- Inspect and report any vehicular damages.
- Driving vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
- Driving to pick up parts and delivering vehicles to appropriate departments after-sales, trade-ins, arrival.
- Monitor vehicles in storage, watch for any damage that will adversely affect unit in outdoor climate and ensuring vehicles are secure.
- Keep lots neat and orderly, move inventory as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
- Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles.
- Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
- Perform other duties relevant to the position, as assigned, and required.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Must have a valid Ontario driver's license, clean driver's abstract.
- AZ license an asset.
- Available to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Self-directed, motivated, proactive, and fiercely accountable.
- 1-2 years lot attendant experience is an asset.
- Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Ability and willingness to learn and strong attention to detail.
- Positive interpersonal skills, attitude, and energy.
- Flexibility, adaptable and able to multitask.
- Ability to work independently or within a team.
- Familiarity with B and C Class RVs will be a definite asset.
- Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
- Reliable transportation to and from work every single day.
- Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check.
