**Position Overview**:
As a Part-Time Contractor Service Technician, you will represent GoBright Lights by providing timely and efficient service and maintenance for our lighting installations. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain systems, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service. This role requires 1 year of technical or electrical service experience, and you must have your own tools, truck, and reliable transportation.

**Requirements**:

- **Mandatory**: 1 year of service experience (preferred electrical or technical)
- **Tools**: Own equipment (multimeters, screwdrivers, ladders, etc.)
- **Vehicle**: Own truck and reliable transportation
- **English Language Proficiency**:

- **Fall Arrest Protection Training** is a preferred skill
- **Working at Heights Certification** is a bonus
- **Valid Driver’s Licence **is a must
- **Criminal Record Check** (may be requested)
- **WCB Insurance** (Workers' Compensation Board)
- **Liability Insurance**:

- **Ability to climb ladders and work comfortably at heights**

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience troubleshooting electrical systems, including low-voltage wiring
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals
- **Comfort and experience working with ladders for installing and repairing lighting systems**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide on-site troubleshooting and repair services for GoBright Lights installations
- Inspect and maintain lighting systems to ensure optimal performance
- Use diagnostic tools and technical knowledge to resolve issues efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring they are informed about services performed
- Load and unload trucks with necessary supplies and equipment, including ladders
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
