We are in the business of owning, managing, and developing properties in Toronto.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Corresponds with lawyers, construction, customer care, project management, and sales operations, to ensure builder meets Tarion timelines (checks in with on-site progress, and legal updates on APS).
- Keeps track of substantial project timelines: Tarion dates, zoning, construction, purchaser financing deadlines, outstanding MPA/NSF, occupancies, building registration, closings etc.
- Prepares full occupancy date list/purchaser notice timeline.
- Approves delay requests/any associated fees, and requests the necessary Amendments from sales.
- Approves reimbursements as per Tarion.
- Communicates with purchasers looking to escalate complaints unusual mutual releases or delay requests (ex. a purchaser’s death), unusual NSF charges/delay deposit requests, and negotiations re: occupancy/closing fees.
- Confirms and delegates purchaser e-blasts re: zoning construction, occupancy requirements, lawyer contact info, etc. with sales ops.
- Delegates general administration to CR admin with strict set of guidelines.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree, diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years’ work experience in an onsite full-time Customer Relations Management role or related.
- Superior written and oral communication skills to interact with lawyers, sales, and purchasers.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office.
- G Driver’s License is preferred.
- Mandarin could be an asset.
