We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support our community Bingo events at Bingo World Newmarket

Volunteers will play a crucial role in ensuring the event runs smoothly and that participants have an enjoyable experience.

**Responsibilities may include**:

- Greeting participants and assisting with registration
- Distributing bingo cards and markers
- Assisting Bingo World Staff with various tasks during the event
- Helping to set up and organize the bingo hall
- Providing support to participants during the game
- Assisting with prize distribution

**Qualifications**:

- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work well in a team
- Interest in supporting community events

**Time Commitment**:

- Once every 5 weeks
- 2-3 hours per month minimum; evening, weekends, and some afternoon options available
- Minimum of a one-year commitment
- Notify the program coordinator, in advance if you are not able to be present at an event you are scheduled to assist with
- Submit volunteer hours monthly
- Adheres to CMHA’s written volunteer policies and procedures
