Overview:
The Adastra Marketing team plays a pivotal role in translating top technical expertise from our world-class partners into strategic and engaging efforts that drive value for our clients and expand our industry reach. As the Partner Marketing Associate, you will function at the very core of these efforts, creating a direct pathway between the global market and our internal sales team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this role will assist in driving marketing and sales efforts through the development and execution of key marketing activities, propelling our partnership with Microsoft into strategic growth. **Location**: Within GTA, currently working hybrid with two days in office required

**Status**: Full-time/ Permanent

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with a cross-functional Adastra team to provide strategic insights and inputs toward the development of an annual partner marketing plan
- Create and manage marketing collateral for the Adastra Sales teams, this includes one-pagers, promotional offers, and various other means to drive sales
- Oversee the execution of various partner marketing and sales events, including conferences, roundtables, webinars, and summits
- Source new events to enhance Adastra’s brand and partnerships
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to organize and manage speaking engagements - topic selection, presentation development, and dry runs
- Facilitate booth design and collateral production
- Availability and flexibility to travel to events across North America as needed
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with the Adastra Microsoft team, collaborating on joint events and content
- Work closely with the Adastra Campaign Manager to develop compelling campaign content to strengthen partner relations and drive strategic growth
- Collaborate with the Adastra Graphic Design team to create visually engaging marketing assets and collateral
- Partner with the Content and Social Media Manager to create and distribute compelling content across various channels, including LinkedIn and newsletters
- Understand and leverage available MICROSOFT funding programs to promote and support marketing initiatives
- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth and enhancement opportunities

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Event management experience
- Proficiency using CRM systems (experience with HubSpot or D365 is an asset)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent attention to detail, paired with a strong sense of curiosity and a drive to grow the business
- Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- A dynamic storyteller capable of generating lead interest and driving initial meetings with various internal and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated and proactive, capable of taking initiative in a fast-paced environment

**Nice to Have**
- Experience in IT Consulting, knowledge of Cloud Analytics, and an understanding of Microsoft products
