- Le CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal est présentement à la recherche d'un(e) psychologue pour combler un poste permanent à temps partiel (3 jours par semaine) au sein des Services de santé mentale jeunesse. L'emploi est basé au CLSC LaSalle.
- Les Services de santé mentale jeunesse de 1re ligne reçoivent des demandes de traitements pour une population d’enfants, d’adolescents, et de jeunes adultes vivant une diversité de problématiques en santé mentale (anxiété, dépression, changements d’humeur, problèmes de personnalité ou relationnels, TDAH, etc.). L’équipe en place offre une évaluation complète de la santé mentale, du soutien thérapeutique de courte durée (10 à 12 séances), de l’information, des outils d’auto-soins, ainsi que la mise en contact avec des services supplémentaires en cas de besoin. Les plans de traitement individualisés comprennent notamment des interventions individuelles, de groupe ou familiales, et peuvent inclure de la médication.
- Le/la psychologue travaillera au sein d'une équipe multidisciplinaire (composée de travailleurs sociaux, ergothérapeutes, psychoéducateurs, etc.) et recevra le soutien d’un psychiatre répondant et d’un superviseur clinique. Il/elle agira principalement à titre de clinicien(ne) et sera ponctuellement consulté(e) à titre d’expert(e)-conseil quant à l’analyse, l’orientation et la priorisation des requêtes du guichet d’accès santé mentale jeunesse (GASMJ), ainsi que par les autres professionnels de l’équipe.
- Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous serez appelé(e) à:
- Conduire des évaluations cliniques structurées;
- Effectuer le dépistage de certains facteurs de risques (ex. risque suicidaire et de violence);
- Déterminer les objectifs de réadaptation et de maintien des acquis et les prioriser;
- Concevoir, en fonction des objectifs et priorités identifiés, les étapes d’un plan d’intervention psychologique;
- Définir la nature des interventions et traitements à puiser dans l’offre de services;
- Déployer des interventions psychologiques brèves (entretien motivationnel, conseil à l’autogestion, activation comportementale, soutien à la résolution de problèmes, thérapie cognitivo-comportementale, thérapie orientée vers les solutions, etc.);
- Évaluer les résultats et l’efficacité du plan d’intervention en comparant l’état et le fonctionnement psychologique de l’usager avec les mesures prises en début d’intervention;
- Faire des bilans dans le but de consolider les acquis, réviser le plan d’intervention ou clore un épisode de services;
- Orienter la personne vers des ressources et/ou des intensités de suivis qui sont plus appropriées pour ses besoins (référence vers la 2e ligne ou vers d’autres programmes du CIUSSS);
- Participer au développement et à l’amélioration continue de l’offre de soins et services;
- Agir à titre de personne-ressource dans votre champ d’expertise auprès de vos collègues et enrichir la perspective de l’équipe multidisciplinaire par votre savoir distinctif

Horaire de travail : 8h00 à 16h00 (Horaire flexible)
- Salaire : 28,33$ à 52,88$ /heure, selon expérience
