- **Sante **_is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our Finance Team within our newly designed Waterloo office. We are currently managing the daily accounting and periodic financial analysis duties for 7 related companies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate a working knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO), the current accounting software.
- Accurately input financial transactions into QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Reconcile and post all vendor invoices for 7 companies.
- Manage vendor relationships and accounts for the 7 companies.
- Conduct regular reconciliation of bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain and update the general ledger with accurate information.
- Post journal entries to reflect financial transactions.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Report to the Director of Finance.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO); experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to exercise discretion.
- Proficient in multitasking and managing internal/external stressors.
- Critical and analytical thinking skills.
- Effective time management.
- Strong analytics and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent listening, presentation, and communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with a preference for 1-2 years in an accounting clerk or bookkeeping role.
- Payroll experience is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.

**Salary**: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
