**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist in the preparation of other menu items as needed, including pastas and salads.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal food quality.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Help train new kitchen staff on pizza preparation techniques and food handling procedures.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, particularly in pizza preparation or cooking.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight customers.
