**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize and systems for efficient dispatching of transportation vehicles.
- Perform accurate to update shipment information and track deliveries.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams to provide updates on shipment statuses.
- Utilize to relay important information to drivers promptly.
- Monitor and track shipments using.
- Collaborate with the department to optimize delivery schedules.
- Assist in managing logistics for efficient operations.
- Work closely with third-party logistics providers

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a dispatching role or similar position is preferred of at least 2 years
- Proficiency in using, Transplus, Border Connect, Samsara, and other relevant dispatching software.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately.
