Job Duties

**Tasks include**:

- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established guidelines. Ensure accuracy in matching products, quantities, and specifications to customer orders.
- Use a transpallet to move goods within the warehouse. Adhere to safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials.
- Inspect products for defects, damage, or discrepancies and report any issues to supervisor. Ensure that goods meet quality standards before packing or shipping.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards. Regularly arrange products to optimize storage space and accessibility.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents, injuries, and damage to products. Report any safety concerns or incidents to supervisors.

- DEC or high school diploma with relevant experience

Le travailleur d'entrepôt joue un rôle essentiel dans le maintien du bon fonctionnement d'un entrepôt en garantissant l'exactitude de l'inventaire, l'efficacité du traitement des commandes et le respect des normes de sécurité. Ce poste requiert une combinaison d'agilité physique, d'attention aux détails et de travail d'équipe afin de contribuer au succès global du centre de distribution.

Tâches professionnelles

**Les tâches incluent**:

- Prélever, emballer et préparer les commandes en vue de leur expédition conformément aux directives établies. Veiller à l'exactitude de la correspondance entre les produits, les quantités et les spécifications des commandes clients.
- Utiliser un transpalette pour déplacer les marchandises à l'intérieur de l'entrepôt. Respecter les protocoles de sécurité lors de la manipulation de l'équipement et des matériaux.
- Inspecter les produits à la recherche de défauts, de dommages ou de divergences et signaler tout problème au superviseur. S'assurer que les marchandises répondent aux normes de qualité avant l'emballage ou l'expédition.
- Maintenir l'entrepôt propre, organisé et exempt de dangers. Réorganiser régulièrement les produits pour optimiser l'espace de stockage et la facilité d'accès.
- Respecter les directives et les protocoles de sécurité pour prévenir les accidents, les blessures et les dommages aux produits. Signaler toute préoccupation en matière de sécurité ou tout incident aux superviseurs.

Exigences
- Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) ou diplôme d'études secondaires avec une expérience pertinente.
- Endurance physique pour effectuer des tâches telles que le levage, le transport et le déplacement d'objets lourds (jusqu'à 50 livres).

- Familiarité avec l'équipement d'entrepôt et les protocoles de sécurité.
