**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of office experience
- Functional French required
- Friendly, engaging and an active listener
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and team collaboration skills
- Dependable, self-directed, and able to complete projects with limited supervision
- Outstanding verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
