**About the Role**

The **Marketing Coordinator** will work alongside with the Chief Marketing Officer to develop and execute W2’s marketing and communication strategies for each of its divisions, as well as organise and manage internal communications within and across the Group. Key responsibilities include:

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, write content, update web pages, and post blogs.
- Measure and evaluate the return on investment for marketing initiatives including print, radio, digital media and SEO.
- Manage our Agency, print, promotional and other third-party relationships.
- Manage multi-company brand assets and ensure consistent brand standards for each company.
- Create and edit presentations.
- Oversee the publishing of W2’s internal newsletter and related communication regularly updating all W2 team members of current events within the group of companies.
- Manage the social media strategy for each division. Oversee and regularly post content on social media accounts and websites to engage existing customers and establish positive public relations.

**About the skills, abilities and experience you will need**
- You have a post-Secondary degree or diploma with a focus in Business Administration, Marketing or Creative Communications.
- You have at least 3 years of experience developing and executing marketing campaigns as well as managing day-to-day marketing activities. This experience spans both traditional and online channels.
- You are a good project manager who takes ownership of timelines and can manage multiple deliverables.
- You have experience in digital marketing and social media management and know your way around tools like Hootsuite, and have experience with PPC placement, Google Analytics etc.
- You have experience working with external stakeholders like freelancers, ad agencies, print partners, etc.
- You have experience in one or two content managements systems and are comfortable updating website content.
- You are a good writer and can proof and edit material.
- You can crack a design file and using your graphic design skills, elevate the look and feel of print ads, website templates, and PowerPoint presentations.
