**Reservations Agent**

The Parkside Hotel & Spa is currently seeking a match to fill the position of Reservations Agent. Our team members are a fun and inclusive collection of individuals who thrive in a creative and energetic environment.

**About the job**:

- Responds to all reservation requests in a friendly, welcoming and personable way.
- Supports the Sales and Reservations Management team with all of our revenue dreams.
- Balances inventory and manages reservation requests with accuracy and a flair.

**What you need to know**:

- How to keep guests coming back again and again.
- How to make core memories for others.
- How to be super organized and have amazing attention to detail.
- How to thrive in busy, sensory-filled environment.

**What else we need from you**:

Pay: 17.50-18.50
