Front of House Manager

Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team at Overtime Sports Bar in Chelmsford as a Front of House Manager, where you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant's front end. As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing the front-of-house staff, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. We are looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for hospitality and a strong background in restaurant management.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations.
- Train, mentor, and schedule front-of-house staff members.
- Oversee customer service and address any issues or complaints promptly.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels of dining supplies and place orders as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and restaurant operations.
- Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding high standards of service.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
