**The role we are offering you**:
By joining our dynamic HR Technology Operations team, this position will be primarily responsible for managing the HR Technology Operations support team. The focus of this position is the improvement of HR technology knowledge, system processes and data quality in collaboration with our direct HR team collaborators. Are you ready to:

- Lead the HR Technology Operations team to deliver the best user experience, mentor team members and contribute to the collaborative work environment.
- Ensure collaboration with internal HR and external HR project teams and ensure that team members' collaboration and level of involvement are adequate.
- Ensure availability of HR system process documentation and knowledge articles to all HR colleagues.
- Documentation of new HR system business processes.
- Manage My HR Portal ticketing system priorities.
- Ensure quality and consistency of response from HR Technology Operations team.
- Implement sustainable initiatives to improve data quality in our HR systems.
- Provide training on our various HR systems in order to harmonize the level of understanding of these systems and bring it to the next level.
- One to three years' professional experience in SaaS HR management systems.
- Knowledge of the Business Helix Workflow query platform.
- Ability to interact with all levels of the company.
- Knowledge of Workday a definite asset.
- Good understanding of HR and payroll concepts and processes.
- Ability to prioritize and manage escalations.
- Strong affinity for training and doccumentation.
- Team spirit and customer-oriented approach.
- Bilingualism (French and English).
