Sliq Media is looking for a quality assurance specialist who will help champion the company’s standards for testing methodology and to improve them using the most applicable industry standards and best practices. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our SaaS based software test processes and participate in updating processes according to DevOps best practices.

As software Quality Assurance/Test Manager, you will lead the development of a test strategy and team. The strategy will govern scope, schedule, risks, tools, measurements, and reporting. It involves developing and executing repeatable standard operation procedures to maintain high quality and efficiency. You will supervise and manage internal and external test teams.

As part of our team you’ll have an opportunity to continuously improve your skills and experience, while expanding our QA discipline.

Skills and Experience

Relevant university degree or equivalent work experience with at least 5 years in a lead role. 7 years + in total experience.
Manual and automated software testing best practices
Proven track record of leading QA programs in Agile/DevOps environments
Experience coordinating with external QA resources
Ability to innovate and assist in improving product quality and internal processes
Agile development processes
DevOps experience and best practices
Microsoft Azure (or other cloud environments)
Documenting skills - mandatory
English language, reading and verbal skills required to communicate with global contractors and customers

You should be eligible to pass government security clearance and have references.

Vous serez responsable de maintenir et d'étendre nos processus de test de logiciels basés sur SaaS et de participer à la mise à jour des processus conformément aux meilleures pratiques DevOps.

En tant que testeur QA logiciel principal vous dirigerez le développement d'une stratégie et d'une équipe de test. La stratégie régira la portée, le calendrier, les risques, les outils, les mesures et les rapports. Cela implique de développer et d'exécuter des procédures d'exploitation standard reproductibles pour maintenir une qualité et une efficacité élevées. Vous superviserez des équipes de test internes et externes.
