Join our passionate team at Gradwell Wines as a Wine Sales Agent and uncork a world of opportunities We're seeking a dynamic individual with a love for fine wines and a knack for sales.

As a Wine Sales Agent, you'll engage with clients, sharing your expertise on various vintages, cultivating relationships, and driving sales growth. If you possess exceptional communication skills, thrive in a target-driven environment, have an entrepreneurial spirit, know your wines and/or have sommelier training (bonus) and are experienced at wine tastings and sales - we want to hear from you

**What you will be doing**:

- Sales Generation:_
- Actively promote and sell a diverse range of wines to both new and existing clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding the customer base.
- Client Relationship Management:_
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their preferences and needs.
- Follow up on inquiries, orders, and feedback to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Organize and transport the timely delivery of wine orders.
- Administrative Tasks:_
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
- Accounts receivable.
- Collaboration and Networking:_
- Collaborate with the team to develop promotional campaigns, events, and marketing materials to boost sales.
- Attend industry events, tastings, and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay abreast of industry developments - during and after hours as required.
- Travel to clients for servicing accounts.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding/passion of wines and spirits from around the world
- A quiet work environment including: A modern computer/laptop, Modern smartphone and High-speed internet
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle required to travel to client sites
