**Position Summary**:As the IT Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing the resort's information technology systems. Your role will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless operations, exceptional guest experiences, and efficient communication across all departments.

**Major Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage the resort's network infrastructure, servers, workstations, and other IT equipment to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Provide technical support to staff members, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as updates, patches, and backups, to safeguard data integrity and system security.
- Maintain and troubleshoot network connectivity, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and internet access, to ensure reliable and fast connections throughout the resort.
- Implement and enforce security measures, including antivirus software, firewalls, and access controls, to protect the resort’s digital assets and sensitive information.
- Educate staff members on cybersecurity best practices and conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
- Liaise with various departments to understand their IT needs and requirements, providing technical solutions and recommendations as necessary.
- Foster effective communication channels to address IT-related concerns, updates, and changes among different teams.
- Work in collaboration with the resort’s contracted IT service providers.
- Co-operate and accept other assignments as and when required.

**Minimum Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in IT support, system administration, and network management.
- Strong knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with hardware components, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with staff and guests effectively.
