Sales Representative

**Job description**
Conglom is looking for a Sales Representative who will cover the Western Ontario territory. Under the direction of the National Sales Directors, the Representative will be responsible for maintaining the positioning of our products, integrating new products and developing opportunities with our current and future customers.
- Perform periodic in-store visits to ensure adequate follow-up and make the necessary corrections in order to improve sales
- Take orders, identify and respond to customer needs
- Develop lasting relationships with in-store resource people and establish loyalty
- Develop, communicate and sell sales strategies to stores in order to increase brand visibility
- Develop and deliver specials, such as personalized promotional offers
- Be on the lookout for different sales opportunities and establish contact with potential customers
- Ensure sales growth by achieving set objectives
- Solicit new retail customers
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in representation in retail sales
- Good capacity for innovation and creativity
- Good communicator focused on customer service
- Good margin calculation skills
- Ability to analyze and synthesize
- Autonomous, clever and liking to take up challenges
- Good computer knowledge (Office Suite)
