Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Project Executive (Level 3) for our Federal Government client.
Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Support the execution of project work plans and timelines and revise as appropriate to meet
changing needs and requirements of upcoming releases;
2. Support the monitoring of scope creep and re-scope projects if necessary;
3. Coordinate day-to-day operational aspects of release and scope following the client
approach and leveraging various tool (ex: ADO);
4. Support the creation of regular status reports and dashboards and distribute internally and
externally if necessary;
5. Support the monitoring of release activities and rectify course of action when required;
6. Support and facilitate meetings related to Monitoring, alerting and Recoverability initiatives
7. Support and coordinate stakeholders meetings to review work;
8. Maintain risks and issues logs in a timely fashion.
