Torch Applied - Flat Roofers

**Responsibilities**:

- Installation of torch applied mod bit roofing systems on flat roofs
- Repair and maintenance of existing flat roofing systems
- Conduct roof inspections to identify any potential problems and recommend repairs
- Work with project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while on the job
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction with the work performed

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience as a flat roofer, with a focus on torch applied mod bit systems
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures and industry standards
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift heavy equipment and materials
