**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator and Executive Assistant. You will report to the Deputy Chief of Staff and will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day administrative operations of the Nova Scotia Liberal Caucus, while also supporting the Leader of the Official Opposition and elected Members of the Legislative Assembly. This position will provide high-level administrative support to our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a crucial role that requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

**Duties**
- Distributing information to team members as needed.
- Providing support to members, visitors, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Ensuring a high level of customer service and professionalism.
- Maintaining contact lists and databases.
- Maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient office environment.
- Assisting with special events as directed.
- Collaborating with staff on special projects, as directed.
- Maintain and track office inventory such as supplies and furniture.
- Assisting Deputy Chief of Staff with human resources such as onboarding and offboarding employees.
- Assisting in processing invoices and manage office credit card.
- Assisting in the setup and execution of caucus and stakeholder meetings.
- Maintaining daily schedule for the Leader of the Official Opposition.
- Managing community correspondence.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Administrative experience in an office environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office and data entry.
- Familiarity with administrative duties.
- Organized and clear attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines and be self-motivated.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
