**Job Overview**
**Duties**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of public relations, media relations, and corporate communications to enhance the organization's reputation.
- Lead a team of communication professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality output.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key messages and ensure consistent communication across all platforms.
- Manage crisis communications effectively, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to any issues that may arise.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media representatives, community leaders, and industry partners.
- Analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven improvements.

Pay: $750,000.00 per year
