What your day-to-day looks like
- Working referrals, inbound leads and creating new business opportunities by researching potential clients and industries, full training provided
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. You want your customers to love you.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets. Think outside the box, the sky's the limit and anything is POSsible.
- Meeting clients in-person or virtually, preparing your own sales quotes, and following up until the deal is closed
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends and network with potential clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales.
- Are you a people person? Sales is all about the relationship you will build with your partners and clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated to hit and surpass sales targets, individually and as a team. At Cluster, we root for each other’s success.
- Experience in the technology and/or hospitality industry is a plus +
- Team player with a work-hard-play-hard attitude, who is excited to come to work and has a POSitive attitude

The perks
- Base salary (based on experience), starting at $60,000.
- Competitive commission structure with no cap
- Car and cell phone allowance
- Bonus structures in place to ensure the more work you put in, the more you will make. After all, our goal is to set our hustler team members up for success

À quoi ressemble votre quotidien
- Travailler sur les indications de clients, les pistes entrantes et créer de nouvelles occasions d’affaires en faisant des recherches sur les clients et les industries potentiels, formation complète offerte
- Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec des clients potentiels. Vous voulez que vos clients vous aiment.
- Élaborer et exécuter un plan de vente stratégique pour atteindre les objectifs de revenus. Sortir des sentiers battus, tout est possible et tout est possible.
- Rencontrez les clients en personne ou virtuellement, préparez vos propres devis de vente et faites un suivi jusqu’à la conclusion de la transaction
- Assister à des événements et à des conférences de l’industrie pour se tenir au courant des tendances du marché et faire du réseautage avec des clients potentiels

**Qualifications**:

- Au moins trois ans d’expérience en vente interentreprises.
- Êtes-vous une personne sociable? Les ventes, c’est la relation que vous allez établir avec vos partenaires et vos clients.
- Capacité de travailler de façon autonome et en collaboration dans un environnement dynamique
- Motivés à atteindre et à dépasser les objectifs de vente, individuellement et en équipe. Au sein de la grappe, nous favorisons la réussite de chacun.
- L’expérience dans le secteur de la technologie et/ou de l’hôtellerie est un atout
- Esprit d’équipe avec une attitude de travail acharné, qui est enthousiaste à l’idée de venir au travail et qui a une attitude active
