**YOUR ROLE**

The ALDO Group offers you a superb summer internship opportunity within its Legal Services department.

The ALDO Group Legal Services department is made up of a dynamic team that covers various legal practices in the retail and fashion sector, including intellectual property law, advertising (e-commerce and social media). ), privacy, labor law, business law, franchising and distribution, litigation, compliance and more.

The role of the legal intern consists of supporting the various members of the Legal Services team by participating in the following activities:
Legal research 50%
- Collaborate with members of the Legal Services team for research on various legal topics related to the company's operations;
- Communicate research results internally;
- Carry out preliminary analyzes of a legal nature under the supervision of a member of the Legal Services team;
- Collaborate in the preparation of legal training for the various stakeholders for the company's operations;
- Write and prepare memoranda and case summaries.

Contractual revision and drafting 30%
- Review certain contract clauses under the supervision of a member of the Legal Services team;
- Participate in the drafting of letters, notices and various contractual clauses;
- Participate in debriefing meetings with internal stakeholders.

Document management 20%
- Assist in the classification of files, including intellectual property;
- Manage the creation of document files in the legal database;
- Prepare, review and present various summaries of legal files.

Special conditions
- The working mode applicable to the position is hybrid mode: 3 days in-person, 2 days in teleworking mode.
