Comme coordonnateur des opérations, vous coordonnerez et superviserez les activités de la gestion des contrats à l’assurance collective.

Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes:
- Planifier et coordonner l’exécution quotidienne des diverses tâches des ressources de l’équipe.-
- Agir comme personne-ressource lors du traitement de certains cas complexes rencontrés par son équipe et entreprendre les démarches nécessaires auprès des différents secteurs au besoin.- Définir, mesurer, rapporter et analyser les indicateurs de suivi de performance opérationnelle de son équipe.- Planifier et répartir le travail de son équipe, en vérifier l’exécution et au besoin, mettre en place des plans d’action pour remédier à la situation.- Superviser et conseiller les employés sous sa supervision dans leurs activités quotidiennes et voir à l’organisation efficace des activités de son service.- Coordonner et participer à la formation des nouveaux employés de son équipe ainsi qu’à la formation continue de l’ensemble des ressources sous sa supervision.- Faire des recommandations à son supérieur sur les améliorations à apporter aux processus d'affaires, mettre en place des processus efficaces et superviser la rédaction des procédures pour lesquelles son unité est responsable.- Participer à la mise en œuvre des projets affaires (opérationnels et/ou informatiques) de sa ligne d’affaires, et participer au déploiement des projets concernant l’équipe sous sa supervision.

Vos talents et qualifications:
- Diplôme d’études universitaires de premier cycle ou l’équivalent.- Minimum de trois (3) années d’expérience dans le domaine de l'assurance collective.- Détenir une expérience en coordination d'équipe et de projets est un atout- Maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office.- Bilinguisme (un atout).
