**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage product development from concept to exhibit
- Product design review and alterations by interactions with manufacturers, designers and management
- Supervise different prototyping phases from rendering to product readiness
- Prepare vendor and designer content for internal teams and client assets, including Cutsheet, technical information and drawings
- Assist in developing product strategies, planning and exhibitions
- Responsible to ensure the product has required test certifications for contract and residential projects
- Relentlessly consider ways to improve overall development workflow to minimize potential gaps in process and speed up product development delivery
- Proactively identify problems/challenges with development timelines that may impact delivery timelines and communicate to stakeholders
- Provide regular updates to leadership team regarding product development progress
- Ensure all fully developed products are successfully passed along to the Team for their reference during the production cycle
- Close collaboration with Operations team, expand product knowledge and stay updated on products and processes for the team
- Provide support to sales and operations as well as other departments as needed

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years industry experience within Product Development & Product Management
- Experience with facilitating off-shore production for High-End products
- Deep knowledge and understanding of High-End furniture manufacturing process is an asset
- Approaches problem solving with a conceptual and strategic mindset
- Strong experience in Autocad, 3D renderings, modelling, Sketch Up
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in related program, an asset
- Ability to work effectively collaboratively and autonomously
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with inventory/database program, SAP experience highly preferred
- Second language an asset
