Position**:Jr. Process Analyst, SCOOP Insurance Brokers (Welland)**

**Opportunity**

**What the role is about....**
- Audit and monitor workflows and processes across brokerage business units to identify any gaps
- Assign website leads to Sales Brokers
- Support process and project implementations
- Meet service level agreements for data entry and accuracy
- Commitment to developing an adept knowledge on workflows for all business units
- Support change management initiatives
- Demonstrate effective organization and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple task with varying deadlines
- With guidance, supports development of a project test plan and testing of data integrity
- Brokerage systems administration and maintenance of brokerage knowledge platform
- On rare occasions you may be required to work late evenings, early mornings or on weekends to support system upgrades, migrations and project deliveries
- Other operational duties as required

**What do you Bring?**
- Energy, drive and contagious enthusiasm
- Experience within the P&C insurance industry an asset
- Experience with comparative rates, ideally Applied Rating Services
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- A curious and analytical mind
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with ease
- Ability to work independently with little supervision or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to follow instruction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
