**OBJECTIF DU POSTE**
Offrir un service à la clientèle rapide et courtois afin de maximiser les ventes et l’expérience client, et ainsi promouvoir l’image de qualité et de professionnalisme de l’entreprise.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Appliquer des techniques de vente professionnelles conformes aux politiques de l’entreprise afin de maximiser les ventes et d’atteindre un haut niveau de satisfaction de la clientèle.
- Promouvoir un service à la clientèle complet et amical et en faire l’élément principal de chaque transaction.
- S’assurer que les commandes SOS sont traitées de manière efficace.
- S’assurer que les aires où est présentée et entreposée la marchandise sont propres et bien organisées et que la marchandise y est bien rangée.
- S’assurer que tous les articles ont la bonne étiquette et sont bien présentés.
- Acquérir et parfaire des connaissances sur les produits offerts en magasin dans les divers départements.
- Connaître et appliquer les politiques et les procédures du magasin.
- S’assurer du respect des politiques et des procédures de la prévention des pertes et de la sécurité. Ex.
- cartes de crédit et de débit, achats employés, rabais, dépôts, échanges et remboursements.
- S’assurer de l’exactitude des factures.
- Aider à la formation d’autres associés à la vente moins expérimentés pour la connaissance de produits, la présentation visuelle et les techniques de vente, s’il y a lieu.
- Respecter le code vestimentaire de l’entreprise et projeter une image conforme aux normes de l’entreprise.
- Effectuer les autres tâches assignées par le gérant ou l’assistant-gérant de magasin (ex. expédition et réception de la marchandise, liste de vérification, etc.)
**QUALIFICATION (MINIMUM REQUIS POUR EXÉCUTER LES TÂCHES)**
- Expérience de travail dans un domaine connexe : trois mois d’expérience en vente (au détail ou dans le secteur des services)
- Expérience de travail générale ou éducation équivalente : diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent
- Autres qualifications : excellentes aptitudes à communiquer, axé sur le service, capacité à travailler en équipe, souci de la mode et capacité à travailler selon les heures d’ouverture du magasin
- Capacité à servir les clients en français, bilinguisme un atout

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**
- Practice professional salesmanship within the guidelines of store policy and procedures, in order to achieve maximum sales and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Promote total customer service in a friendly way and as the most important consideration in every transaction.
- Ensure that special orders are handled efficiently.
- Maintain a neat, organized and well stocked merchandise area.
- Ensure that merchandise is properly ticketed and attractively displayed.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge of merchandise available from assigned department.
- Is aware of and implements store policies and procedures.
- Is responsible for adherence to all loss prevention and security policies, as well as credit policies and procedures, i.e. credit and debit cards, employee purchases, discounts, deposits, returns and exchanges.
- Is responsible for accuracy of sales bill completion.
- May assist in training other less-experienced sales associates in product knowledge, visual
- presentation, and sales techniques.
- Conform to the company’s dress code and presents an image that is consistent with the company standard
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager and Co-Manager (i.e. shipping and receiving of merchandise, verification list, etc.)
**QUALIFICATIONS (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED TO PERFORM TASKS)**
- Related work experience: three months of selling experience (retail or service industry)
- General work experience or equivalent formal education: high school or equivalent
Other qualifications: excellent communication skills, service-oriented, team player, fashion-oriented, bilingualism as required, and willing to work retail hours.
