Fibercraft Door is an innovative industry leading manufacturing company located just outside Hanover. We design and build custom fiberglass entry doors that are installed into homes across Canada.

We are looking for someone who is versatile and wanting to learn new things. The job will evolve as our company grows and a willingness to evolve with the job and an interest in learning new tasks is a must.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors at the front desk
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule service calls with customer and company service person
- Assist with order confirmations and producing production orders
- Assist with shipping and receiving, produce documents for shipping door products
- Assist with inside sales and follow up with customers
- Develop Excel sheets specific for production to increase efficiencies

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Some CAD design knowledge perferred
- Customer service-oriented mindset

**Salary**: From $17.50 per hour
