**What’s the job?**
- We’re looking for a community driven leader to give direction, guidance and coaching to the Branch employees to continue providing and enhancing execeptional service for our members. As Branch Manager, you’ll use your many skills to lead the Branch and provide Coast Capital’s style of simple financial help to our members and improve our local communities.**What you will do every day**:

- Like a super hero you will exceed your member’s expectations with their banking needs.
- Shake hands and build relationships with your members and the local community. Basically, establishing the Coast Capital name in the local market.
- Use your best hockey analogies to coach your team in developing their sales skills, building effective relationships and embracing our purpose, mission, values, brand and business practices.

**Who are we looking for?**

- You take pride that you survived and thrived in completing your diploma or degree in Business Administration, Economics or in a related area.
- You’ve lived and breathed a similar position for a minimum of 7 years with proven success in achieving business strategies in a financial institution, such as a bank or credit union
- Plus you have a minimum of 3 year’s leadership experience.
- You are a Zen master of risk management and security compliance, deposit and lending processes.
- Your leadership skills are so honed that teams have willingly walked over hot coals to follow you; you believe in coaching employees to success, growing and training individuals and rewarding and recognizing employees.

- You are a multi-tasking prodigy, able to efficiently and effectively prioritize and organize what needs to get done coupled with a high attention to detail.
