Transport Trailer Technician

We are currently looking for an experienced **Transportation Trailer Technician **to join our dedicated fleet maintenance shop**.** Reporting to the Fleet Service Manager, this position will be responsible for all aspects of inspecting, servicing and repairing Clark Freightways’ fleet of dry freight and refrigerated trailers.

**Requirements**:

- A solid understanding and working knowledge of trailer and material components
- Certified Red Seal Transport Trailer Technician, preferred
- Valid Commercial Vehicle Inspector, preferred
- Valid class 7 or 5 drivers license, preferred
- Critical thinking, job task planning and organization skills
- Proven problem solving and decision making skills
- Clear oral and written communication skills
- Ability to read technical diagrams and instructions
- Responsive when given direct tasks, and efficient when working alone
- High concern for safety and a responsible work attitude
- Ownership of basic tools and steel toed boots

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $37.80-$42.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:
