**Role Responsibilities**
- Work on Preventative and Predictive Maintenance Team performing lubrication tasks throughout the Millsite.
- Perform all required maintenance tasks in accordance with mill quality and mechanical standards.
- Work and perform tasks in a safe manner.
- Provide assistance and support to all trades and Operations team members to ensure maximum equipment availability as required.
- Make recommendations for improvements to maintenance and production practices.
- Maintain maintenance work records.
- Perform basic housekeeping tasks and keep work areas clean.
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Commitment to developing and maintaining technical knowledge.

**Role Requirements**
- Must hold an Alberta or Interprovincial Millwright, Heavy Duty Mechanic or Automotive Journeyperson Certificate.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license (GDL removed) with a clean driver’s abstract.
- Be a motivated, self-starting team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities and basic computer skills.

**Working Conditions**
- Must be comfortable working from heights
- Must be able and willing to work shift.
