**Responsibilities**:

- Answering phone calls, providing Willow Tree Golf information, booking tee times, and taking messages to direct customers to appropriate personnel.
- Greet customers as they enter the Proshop. Being friendly and helpful to all customers, whether by phone or in person.
- Learning information about Willow Tree Golf daily rates, specials, & memberships.
- Maintain a clean and organized Proshop, (removing garbage, sweeping, etc).
- Check-in customers by making purchases and processing payments.
- Clean the surrounding areas of the Proshop, (front entrance area).
- Tracking the Proshop Inventory.
- Reconciliation.

**Qualifications**:

- Smart Serve
- WHIMIS

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 25 per week
