**Overview**
**Duties**:
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions
- Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Conduct account reconciliation and analysis
- MUST use accounting software QuickBooks & willing to learn Ideal Software for bookkeeping tasks
- Handle payroll processing efficiently
- Assist in budgeting and financial reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely financial data entry
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation, account analysis, and budgeting
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience as an accounting clerk is a must.
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
