Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team.. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store Located in the heart of downtown Lunenburg, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales. If you have a passion for retail and enjoy leading a team, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries or concerns
- Supervise and train retail staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and provide exceptional service
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to ensure adequate stock is available
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and create an appealing store environment
- Manage cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers, preparing deposits, and reconciling discrepancies
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with management to develop sales goals and strategies
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new retail staff members

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a retail supervisory role is preferred - Minimum 1 year experience
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving results
- Experience in training and developing retail staff members
- Multilingual abilities are an asset

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
