**How You'll Make an Impact**:
People Leadership
- Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, fostering a culture of impact, growth, collaboration, and accountability.
- Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to support your team's professional growth and performance.
- Create a culture of belonging and an inclusive team environment that embeds diversity, equity, and inclusion practices and values.
- Collaborate with Talent & Enablement team leadership to define team goals, objectives, and performance metrics, and ensure alignment with overall HR and organizational strategies.
- Support the team by managing full-cycle recruitment efforts.

Strategy Development and Implementation
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, aligning with the company's growth objectives and talent needs.
- Partner with key internal partners to understand business priorities, workforce planning, and talent requirements.
- Analyze market trends, recruitment data, and industry best practices to inform strategic decision-making and optimize recruitment processes.

Project and Program Ownership
- Own and manage end-to-end recruitment programs and initiatives, from planning and implementation to evaluation and optimization.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process, including outreach programs, partnerships, and targeted sourcing strategies.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice and attract top talent.

**What you bring to Bench**:

- Proven experience in talent acquisition, with demonstrated success in leading recruitment efforts and managing a team.
- A track record of sourcing and hiring top-tier talent across various levels and roles within an organization.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices, including experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive recruitment outcomes.
- Ability to work with agility and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
