Working closely with the our Controller and all facets of the team, the part-time (16 hours/week) the Admin Assistant will be assisting in report preparation, ordering office supplies, reconciliation of expenses records, maintaining appropriate filing systems and performing a variety of admin/clerical and accounting tasks.

Flexibility is key as we understand that this is a part-time role.

To be successful in this role you will need to be self motivated, focused and dynamic with a "can-do" attitude.
- Exceptional experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
