We are looking for a Lifecycle & Campaign Operations Manager to achieve continuous user growth. You will be part of a highly talented team, working on user growth through data analysis and creative excellence.
- Responsibilities:

- Facing to global Binance users, increase user activation and retention rate through churn prevention campaigns
- Design and create lifecycle campaigns and experiments independently based on user understanding and data analysis
- Discover user pain points, eliminate corresponding solutions and finally obtain credible results
- Review the results of campaigns and experiments, and continuously optimize the campaigns to get higher results
- Analyze the data of user behavior and campaign performance
- Cooperate with other teams to increase activation of user transaction on different products
- Requirements:

- Mathematics, Statistics or Marketing related major preferred
- 2+ years of lifecycle or CRM experiences from tech or online industries preferred
- Basic knowledge of Excel and statistics
- A clear communicator - ability to express complex ideas clearly and succinctly, while collaborating closely with Business units and local teams
- Knowledge and interest in the world of Binance and cryptocurrency is a plus
- Fluency in English is required
