**Duties**:

- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the production process, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and achieve production targets
- Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations
- Oversee inventory management and work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely availability of materials
- Train and develop production staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing processes

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of production systems and processes
- Experience in supply chain management and inventory control
- Ability to assemble, fabricate, or mechanically construct products
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality control

**Salary**: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
