**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience in Pricing and tendering projects
- Ability to negotiate high stake CCDC contracts and blueprint and specifications should take with top-notch accuracy
- Familiarity with the fenestration provisions within the Ontario Building Code
- Strong communication and organizational skills

**Additional Skills**
- Ability to monitor subcontractors for safety and quality control
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
- Prepare CCDC contracts and negotiate revision changes and additions to contractual agreements
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control and safety
- Track and monitor progress billing from subcontractors
- Computer literate, particularly with MS Excel

Only those with appropriate experience within the window/door, and curtain wall industry will be considered.
