Position Summary:
The Financial Analyst performs as an integral member of the Inmar Finance Team. The primary focus of the position will be to create and/or maintain financial analysis and reporting that provides actionable analysis to drive business profitability and timely decision making.

Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Cost and profitability analysis to support Product Development, Operations, Client Services & Sales.- Enhance reporting capabilities with greater depth and consistency in formats.- Assist Manager and other Finance team members in the preparation of the annual Budget and Quarterly Forecast updates as needed.- Participate in forecasting activities.- Work closely with Finance Managers on a variety of projects to identify and execute continuous improvement efforts to drive savings in process and operational execution.- Performs ad-hoc special projects as requested.- Manage business unit’s participation in the month-end close process.- Review monthly expenses and provide variance explanations.- Other duties as assigned.- Works in a cooperative, courteous and supportive manner with client, peers and management; leads by example in the areas of quality and confidentiality.- Demonstrates a high level of independent decision-making abilities and uses good judgment in day-to-day decisions.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in finance, accounting or related field OR an equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to complete the job responsibilities.- 5 to 7 years of experience in financial analysis.- Successful demonstration of performing financial analysis at an advanced level.- Ability to work independently to develop and perform detailed financial analysis that is appropriate to make actionable business decisions- MS Office with intermediate level experience in Excel. (Oracle experience is a plus.)- Ability to perform detailed work with numerical data and to make mathematical computation rapidly and accurately- Ability to proceed independently, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks requiring extensive follow-up and timely completion of projects with mínimal instruction.- Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills- Must have good listening skills, be self-motivated, and have a high maturity level.- Must have demonstrated ability to appropriately handle sensitive/confidential information- Must be flexible, use sound judgment and be a strategic thinker- Must be comfortable working in a team environment- Works in a cooperative, courteous and supportive manner with client, peers and management; leads by example in the areas of quality and confidentiality.- Demonstrates a high level of independent decision-making abilities and uses good judgment in day-to-day decisions.
