**Position**: Care Planner
**Classification**: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
**Location**: Isobel’s Place
**Starting Salary**: Subject to Qualifications
**Qualifications**:
- Child & Youth Care Diploma or acceptable equivalent and related experience;
- Administrative Skills
- Residential Care experience would be an asset;
- Caseload and healing plan development and implementing with the young females;
- Provides support/supervision to the residents;
- Program development and facilitation skills;
- Liaises, supervises and consults with collateral agencies with regards to specific service recipient or service concerns in general;
- Must have the ability to work cooperatively with others and contribute as a team member;
- Ability to work under stressful situations;
- Knowledge of the Child Welfare Legislation and Standards;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Understanding of Indigenous values and community issues;
- Current First Aid/CPR Certification;
- Valid Class 5 Manitoba Drivers License
