**Position Overview**
We are looking for someone who loves working with flowers and enjoys a hands-on work environment. Our Bouquet Makers are responsible for making quality floral bouquets in a fast-paced environment.

**Schedule**
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - Finish
Some Saturdays (leading up to our busy floral seasons) - 8am start to finish

**Responsibilities**
- Making bouquets quickly according to set standards
- Accurately read and follow floral recipes
- Learn and know a wide range of flower varieties
- Working efficiently both individually or in pairs to meet/exceed hourly bouquet quota
- Ensuring quality of product being used in bouquets
- Notifying Lead Hand of product quality issues
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Sweeping, cleaning under table, disinfecting work station, etc.

**Qualifications**
- Floral experience/knowledge is an asset
- Positive attitude and team player
- Capable of working on feet for entire shift
- Attention to detail
- Able and willing to work longer hours during holiday seasons
- Quick hands and fast-paced worker

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
